Fill your tub, slide in and relax.

Use appropriate amount of salt depending on your weight.

under 30kg  – 1/2 C

30 to 50kg  – 3/4 C

50 to 70kg – 1C

70 to 100kg – 1 1/2 C

Keep your salts in a dry area of the bathroom. Remember to reseal the bag to prevent essential oils from evaporating or moisture getting in.

Be careful when exiting the bath,  as the oils may make your bath and feet slippery. Wash or wipe out the bath thoroughly.

Ingredients: Epsom salts, Calendula infused olive oil, dried Lavender buds, Essential oils of Lavender, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus.
